What was most impressive was the follow up after each round of looking at houses. Paul would email us information about the neighborhoods we were looking in and what other houses in those neighborhoods sold for. We knew virtually nothing, and Paul guided us through the whole process. We ended up landing on a short sale. Paul helped us negotiate a great deal on a great house in a great neighborhood. Paul was a great match for us - He was super laid back and very real and so down to earth.
