Paul is an excellent at what he does. This is the second time he's been my agent. He staged my house so perfectly that we got a full price offer without the buyer even seeing it in person!He is flexible when problems come up abd offers his honest advice and opinion without being forceful. I highly recommend his services, im sure he will help you buy or find your home and make the process as painless as possible.

Paul helped us find a rental place and was fantastic to work with during the house hunt. He was knowledgeable about all of the areas we were looking (Burke, Springfield, Fairfax) and was very responsive and flexible. His attention to detail is spot on and was very helpful during the process. He managed to find us a great place in the price range we asked for and in a great location. We plan to buy in the next year or so and can't wait to use him for our house buying adventure.

We began working with Paul when we needed to sell 2 of our homes. We were stressed by having to sell both homes at the same time but Paul was so knowledgeable and made the process very easy. We experienced some tough situations with buyers on both houses and this is when it became very apparent just how professional Paul is. He was so creative in communicating with other agents and buyers and in helping us to truly get the best deal possible. No matter what was going on he was always patient with us and supported us whenever we needed it. I can't think Paul enough for helping us reach our goals with both houses. I don't think we could have made it through the process without him! I will definitely be recommending him to our friends. Thank you Paul for everything!

Paul was a great match for us - He was super laid back and very real and so down to earth. We probably put the home buying process off for way too long as it seemed very overwhelming to us but once we met up with Paul and talked with him he was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in the future and will for sure use him again one day!
